Managing Your Rezdy Bookings
When a customer purchases a GrabOne deal, their booking will come through to your Rezdy account. Here's what you need to know to stay on top of your Rezdy bookings.
What happens when a booking comes in?
When a customer buys a deal through GrabOne, a booking will automatically appear in your Rezdy account. You'll be able to see all the customer details, the product they've booked, and their selected date and time.

Cancellations for GrabOne deals are handled differently - please contact GrabOne Partner Support (partner.support@grabone.co.nz) before cancelling anything in Rezdy to make sure it's processed correctly on our end too.
