Creating a New Deal
Your GrabOne Sales Representative will work with you to create a deal structure to run on GrabOne. Once your deal has been agreed upon, it will go through our creation process – see the steps for reviewing and approving your deal before it goes live.
You may run multiple promotions at the same time.

Re-Running Previous Deals
If your deal performed well your Sales Representative may send through a new request to rerun the deal once it has ended or is nearing the end of its run dates, which you can view and approve.
Or you may contact your Sales Representative to request a deal to rerun.
If your previous promotions did not generate enough revenue to cover administration costs, you will need to discuss the deal with your Sales Representative – in most cases, we will require an update to the deal pricing or structure before it can rerun, to increase its chances of a successful deal.
Extending Deals
If your deal is performing well, we may choose to extend your deal to run on site for longer and continue making sales. If you do not want your deal(s) extended, please advise your Sales Representative at the time of submission.
You may also contact your Sales Representative to request an extension to your deal dates whilst your deal is running.
