FAQ: GrabOne Coupons
What are coupons?
Customers are provided with a coupon with a unique number/code when they purchase a GrabOne deal. Customers must provide this to you, so that you can redeem them online, upon redemption.
Why do I need to redeem coupons?
It is important for you to redeem customer coupons to ensure the service has been honoured, to avoid a double booking and to ensure you are paid for the service correctly.
Please note: If you are on a Pay On Redemption (POR) payment structure, it is essential you redeem any coupons that have been used/honoured to keep in line with your payment cycle.
When should I redeem coupons?
You should redeem coupons once they have been honoured/used by customers. Coupons must be used within the coupon validity period, and must be redeemed before the coupon expiry date. You must not redeem coupons that have not been used/honoured.
