Requesting a refund for a Store order that cannot be supplied

If you're unable to supply a purchased item and a refund is required, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange this for your customer.

Contact GrabOne Partner Support

Email partner.support@grabone.co.nz urgently with the following information:

  • The purchase number(s) affected

  • Confirmation that a refund needs to be processed

What happens next?

Once we receive your email, GrabOne will contact the affected customer(s) directly to advise them and arrange their refund. You do not need to contact the customer yourself.
