If a purchased item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, it's important you contact us as soon as possible so we can keep your customer informed and resolve the situation quickly.

Contact GrabOne Partner Support:

Email partner.support@grabone.co.nz with the following information:

  • The purchase number(s) affected

  • Confirmation of whether a refund needs to be processed, or whether an alternative product or option can be offered to the customer

Please treat this as urgent - customers expect their orders to be fulfilled within the timeframe shown on the deal page, and delays in notifying us can impact the customer experience.

What happens next?

Once we receive your email, GrabOne will contact the affected customer(s) directly to advise them of the situation and arrange either a refund or an agreed alternative.
