How Stripe Payouts Work
When a customer purchases a deal on GrabOne, payments are processed through Stripe - GrabOne's secure payment platform. Once processed, funds are transferred directly to your connected bank account.
How the payment flow works
Customer purchases your deal on GrabOne
Payment is processed through the GrabOne payment account via Stripe
Processing fees and GrabOne commission are deducted
Your net payment is transferred to your connected Stripe account and paid out to your linked bank account
When will I receive my payment?
This depends on your payment plan agreed with GrabOne. Depending on your plan, you may receive:
A payment shortly after purchase - a portion of your payment is paid out 3-4 days after a customer purchases your deal, with the remainder paid when the voucher is redeemed or expires
A payment on redemption - your full net payment is paid out once the customer redeems their voucher
