When should I connect Stripe?
You should connect your Stripe account as early as possible - ideally before your deal is submitted for review. We strongly recommend having Stripe set up and connected before your deal goes live.
What happens if I haven't connected Stripe yet?
If Stripe is not connected before customers begin purchasing your deal, your payments may be delayed and will require manual processing. This can slow things down for both you and the GrabOne team.
To avoid any delays, please ensure your Stripe account is connected and verified ahead of your deal launch.
