GrabOne Deal Process

Looking for a bit more information on our deal process? Read on! 

1. Welcome to GrabOne

• Your Sales Representative will be in contact about starting an account with GrabOne & setting up a deal

2. Account Application

• We’ll set you up as a GrabOne Partner, and you’ll need to complete an Account Application

3. Deal Approvals (Deal Schedule & Preview)

• Your deal schedule will be created and sent to you to review & approve the offer

• Your deal will be created with copy & images, and sent to you as a final preview to review & approve

4. Deal Launches

• Your deal will launch on grabone.co.nz and be available for customers to purchase

5. Ongoing Support

• Our Customer Support and Partner Support team will be there to help sort any questions and issues about your deal

6. Payment

• You will be paid for sales on your GrabOne deal in line with your deal's payment conditions & structure

Timeframe:

• Please allow up to 2 business days for your account application to be checked and approved

• Please allow up to 7 business days for your deal creation from the date of submission
