New Partner Account Setup

Edited

In order to run deals on GrabOne you must complete your account setup including:

  • Account Application

  • Stripe Connect for Payments

Log in to the GrabOne Merchant Portal here to complete these steps, or follow the prompts from your welcome email.

  • Use the password emailed to you for your initial login

  • You can later reset your password

Complete Your Account Application

Go to Settings > Account Application

  • Start by selecting your business type

  • Then work through each tab to fill in all applicable details

Note: For registered businesses, your company registration number and name must match the information found on the NZ Companies Register here

Complete Your Stripe Onboarding

Stripe is a globally trusted payments platform used by millions of businesses. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect, meaning faster and more reliable payments.

It is mandatory to complete your Stripe setup to receive merchant payments.

  • Go to Settings > Account Application

  • Under Stripe Connect click Start Stripe Onboarding to go to Stripe's secure onboarding flow

  • Complete the Stripe Onboarding

Stripe will walk you through providing:

  • Business details - Business name, type, address, etc.

  • Bank account - NZ bank account for receiving payouts

  • Identity verification - For the primary account holder (standard Stripe requirement)

  • Agreement to Stripe's terms of service

Tip: Have your business registration details and bank account number handy before starting to make the process quicker.

Once complete, you'll be redirected back to the GrabOne Merchant Portal. Your Account Application page will now show your Stripe Connect status as connected, with Charges Enabled and Payouts Enabled both showing as active.
