Experiences & Escapes: Deal Information

We need some information to run your GrabOne Experience or Escapes deal.

Deal Details

• Please provide us with key details about your offer, any unique selling points, and any conditions/restrictions to the offer

Maximum Sales & Availability

• Please ensure that you have enough availability / allocated sales to justify the time and expense that goes into creating a GrabOne deal.

• If your available quantity is too low, your Sales Representative will contact you to discuss adding other products or services to your promotion.

Regional Sales

• GrabOne can promote deals in specific regions across the country.

• Your deal will be placed in the relevant region. If your deal is relevant to more than one region, you may see multiple 'versions' of the deal on site. This is to ensure we are promoting it to the appropriate audiences around New Zealand.

Deal Images

• Each GrabOne deal may have up to 10 images

• You may provide a business logo to include as one of the images

• Images should be clear, high quality, easy to understand, and accurately represent the deal

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold the legal rights to use the imagery that you supply to GrabOne for use on your promotion

• Image Requirements:

  • At least 600 x 415px and in landscape format

  • Either .jpeg or .png format

  • No logos or watermarks over images

  • No heavy photoshop/editing

  • No added text/graphics/collaged images

  • All props or accessories shown must be presented in a way that will not cause customer confusion

• GrabOne reserves the right to reject images which do not meet our image standards.
