Discussion Boards

Customers can visit the Discussion Board section on live deals to ask questions about the deal. Our Customer Support team will answer as many questions as they can, or will contact you if they don’t know the answer.

You can then answer the Discussion Board question directly – ensure you are logged in.

We recommend you answer questions promptly – if a customer is engaged enough to ask a question, they’re probably considering buying the offer!

If you see a question on the Discussion Board that you believe shouldn’t be there, please contact our Partner Support team at partner.support@grabone.co.nz If the question is outside our Discussion Board rules, they’ll remove the question and contact the customer directly.
