If you believe you have late or missing payments, please double check the payment structure agreement outlined in your Deal Schedule Form/Contract.
Some payment dates are dependent on coupons being redeemed correctly or deals reaching their end date / expiry date date.
You can view your payment statements on the GrabOne Partner Portal under 'Statements'.
